Refund and Returns Policy

At ETRO.STYLE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products tailored to your size, color, and design preferences. However, mistakes can happen, and to ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy, starting from the date you receive your shipped item. Please note that the return period may vary during seasonal or peak times.
2. Delivery Time for Garments
Our typical delivery times are as follows:
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 days
- Standard Shipping: 10 to 14 days
These are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary based on product availability, seasonal workload, or peak periods. For more accurate delivery estimates, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
3. Express Shipping Service
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Skynet to ship globally. Typically, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Orders are shipped according to the turnaround times listed above, except in cases where delays occur from our suppliers. ETRO.STYLE is not responsible for transit delays, but we will notify you of any delays and offer alternative products or refunds as necessary.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product and destination. These charges are displayed during the Final Review of Your Order payment. The final shipping charge will be confirmed prior to dispatch, and if it differs from the estimate, you will be informed.
5. Returns Policy for Garments
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@etro.style immediately and provide a high-quality image of the defect. We will review your return request and confirm if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
- Important: Before shipping, we take detailed photos and videos of each item’s measurements for accurate record-keeping. This helps us investigate any potential issues thoroughly.
- Return Process: You must notify us of your intention to return within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item should be sent back within 14 working days to the address provided by us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Tags and Condition of Returns
Please return items in their original, unused condition with tags and labels attached. Trying on the item is acceptable, but we recommend that you do not remove the tags if you plan to return it.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made based on the measurements and preferences you provide. We recommend following our size chart carefully to avoid any issues. ETRO.STYLE cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in custom orders due to incorrect measurements provided by you.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package arrives at your destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from ETRO.STYLE, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations in your country.
9. Product Listings and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, color and style variations may occur due to different monitor settings or photographic processes. ETRO.STYLE is not responsible for slight differences in colors or styles, as they may appear differently depending on your device.
10. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items. You must inform us of your intent to exchange within 2 working days of delivery. The item should be sent back within 14 working days. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
11. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of payment receipt with no charges. If you cancel after 24 hours, processing and administrative fees may apply. For custom orders that have already been processed, additional charges may apply. The final cancellation charges will be communicated to you.
12. Amendments to Your Order
Any changes to your order can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, changes may incur additional charges. Please contact us for approval of any requested changes.
